Regular inspections and maintenance of ventilation systems, along with testing, play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of clean and efficient Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) within indoor spaces. These practices help mitigate workplace sickness, reduce the risk of COVID-19 aerosols, and enhance energy efficiency in the serviced buildings.
Omnia Naval offers comprehensive ventilation inspection and hygiene services catering to various types of buildings and premises, including healthcare facilities, commercial spaces, residential areas, retail outlets, hospitality establishments, and educational environments.
Our inspection process combines visual assessments and preferred vacuum testing (PVT) of dust deposits, enabling us to provide precise guidance on when ventilation systems require cleaning or remedial repairs, aligning with TR19 guidelines.
All ventilation hygiene assessments adhere to the BESA TR19 second edition guidelines, with the utilization of Preferred Vacuum Tests (PVT) and visual assessments to evaluate ductwork conditions. Samples collected during these assessments undergo analysis by an independent laboratory, and the results are integrated into a comprehensive condition report.
We make use of existing access points or install new ones when necessary to facilitate inspections.

Cleanliness Quality Classification is assessed in accordance with BS EN 15780 and BESA TR19. Different quality classes are applicable to various settings, ranging from low-occupancy rooms like storage areas to medium-occupancy spaces such as offices, hotels, schools, and high-occupancy environments like laboratories.
In addition to ventilation inspections, we offer:
At Omnia Naval, we are committed to maintaining optimal indoor air quality and the efficiency of ventilation systems across diverse environments.
